Liz Vassey's acting journey began when she was just nineteen years old. Since then, she has performed in over fifty stage productions and musicals. At the age of sixteen She made the leap from New Jersey to New York in order to be a part of the cast of All My Children. Her role on the show brought her the premiere Daytime Emmy nomination. Liz's guest roles as a regular or recurring character have appeared on twelve television series, including ER Max Bob Necessary, Brothersly Love Push Nevada Two and a Half Men the adaptation by FOX of The Tick and Season Two on Amazon's reboot. Perhaps, she's most well-known for her run of five years as the DNA tech Wendy Simms of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. Liz also appeared in several TV pilots, movies and shows. Liz's professional life isn't only acting, but she's also a writer. Liz was a writer for The CSI's final episode and has since sold 6 television pilots, one TV film and several different projects. The projects are currently in phase of development with NBC Freeform Universal Netflix The CW as well as a host of other networks. Liz is an avid running enthusiast who is currently debuting as a filmmaker with The Human Race, the latest documentary. It focuses on older runners. To top it all off, she performed as a mermaid for Flight of the Conchords and starred in the independent feature The Rift directed by Shana Sosin.
